Kickstart your fitness goals with this bodyweight 60 min bootcamp series!

Fall 8 week series starts September 10-October 30th -5:45-6:45 pm in the pineridge village studio.

BUILD strength, strengthen your heart, TONE muscle and get leaner!

A perfect way to kickstart or compliment your wellness practice with this HIIT( high intensity interval training) designed for all levels using your own bodyweight!


Week 1 we start with the basics and build intensity each week to get you closer to you goals!

Feel free to contact me for information on the class and exercises!

Class design is warm up, HIIT and cool down with stretch at the end.

SPACE LIMITED in studio-Drop in available as space permits!

Please bring a mat, water bottle and exercise band if you have one. Please wear proper exercise shoes and appropriate clothing.

***Special Note form Tina,.. this session is what you make it! Don't allow the word "BOOTCAMP" to deter you, they are body weight exercises and can be modified up or down to suit you!
