Restorative Candlelight Yoga/Sunset Platform Yoga - Deep breaths and Deep stretches

This yoga practice is slower paced, with poses (asanas) held for a longer period encouraging deeper relaxation. We begin our practice with awareness of our breath and body through intentions and focusing on the deep inhale and longer exhale. Practice using your breath to slow the heartbeat and letting go of everything that doesn't serve you but tends to hang around. This will restore the body and the parasympathetic nervous system for rest and digest, encouraging healing and creating balance for the body, mind and soul. Enjoy the soft music and lighting during practice and leave feeling relaxed, released and rejuvenated with strength and tools to battle daily stress and body tension.

This is an excellent option for anyone new to yoga, needing deep relaxation, struggles with sleep issues, sore muscles and stiffness in the body. Make this practice yours and modify where you need to!
