”Ayurveda in the Forest: A Journey reflection ,rebalance and Revitalizing!”**

**Workshop Overview:**
Join us for an enriching workshop nestled in a serene forest dome, where the warmth of a wood fire and the comfort of a warm drink set the perfect ambiance for exploring the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga. This experiential session will guide participants through understanding their unique constitution, reflection on your current health, identifying imbalances, and implementing Ayurvedic practices for optimal health and well-being.
Take home with you a beautifully curated ritual kit to get you started on your journey of living your best life one small step at a time.This includes essential oil blend specific to your dosha, face and body cream and tools specific to your daily ritual regime!

**Workshop Schedule:**
1. **Welcome and Introduction *
- Gather around the fire with a warm drink. ( Fire experience Weather dependant-Indoor option)
- Brief introduction to Ayurveda and its connection to yoga.
- Overview of the workshop agenda.
2. **Understanding Ayurvedic Principles **
- Explanation of the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
- Discussion of how these doshas influence our physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Interactive activity: Participants will complete a simple questionnaire to determine their Ayurvedic constitution.
3. **Identifying Imbalances **
- Discussion on common signs of imbalance and how they manifest in our lives.
- Group sharing: Participants can share personal experiences related to their dosha imbalances.
- Guided meditation: Centering ourselves and tuning into our bodies’ signals.
**we will practice and learn specific breathwork for your Imbalance and dosha type**
4. **Ayurvedic Self-Care Practices **
- Introduction to daily routines (Dinacharya) tailored to different doshas. ( this is beginner level so no stress!)
- Exploration of dietary recommendations, herbs, and essential oils.
- Hands-on activity: Create a personalized self-care plan, incorporating practices to rebalance.
5. **Preventing Disease and Cultivating Wellness **
- Discussion on the concept of “dis-ease” and its prevention through Ayurveda.
- Identifying lifestyle changes that support overall wellness.
- Group brainstorming: Share ideas on how to implement these changes in daily life.
6. **Closing Circle **
- Reflect on the workshop experience and insights gained.
- Share intentions for moving forward with Ayurvedic practices.

This dish is designed to rest and repair the body, draw out toxins from the gut while the complete protein provides stable blood sugar and energy .
