Join me for a dynamic group morning body weight bootcamp designed to strengthen your body using your own weight! This high-energy session caters to all fitness levels, featuring modified movements suitable for beginners to advanced participants.

As we focus on alignment and breath, you'll learn to move safely while maximizing your workout. Great ready to break a sweat as we engage in a series of invigorating exercises that target all muscle groups. Each movement is crafted to boost your strength, enhance your endurance, and elevate your heart rate, helping to get the juices flowing for the day ahead!

The supportive group environment fosters motivation and camaraderie, making it a perfect way to kickstart your morning with energy and enthusiasm.

Where: Outdoor space on grounds or alternative indoor facility to TBA.

When: 8:30-9:30 AM

Please bring your own mat, water bottle, towel if needed, arrive 15 minutes early to allow for check in!
