If you have yoga props and don't know how to use them this video is for you! Yoga Props are to allow you to lengthen your limbs ( some bodies have long arms and legs and some shorter) and assist you in your practice to ensure better alignment and ease.
I take you through a few basic uses of yoga blocks and the yoga strap. All you need for you is you however there are items that make the journey a bit more enjoyable. If you do not have blocks feel free to use a few hard cover books, pint glasses( plastic) or a set of yoga blocks. If you do not have a strap a long belt, robe belt or anything an out 6-8 feet long. For some poses a towel would also work just fine. Part 2 to follow in another video where we use bolster, pillows etc!
