Sunday Yoga- Breath, Body & Mind Connection

60 min yoga flow, we begin with a meditation/intention setting, breath work and flowing through a series of strengthening and energizing exercises (asana posture) ending in stillness with a warm essential oil infused towel. Programming our subconscious mind by connecting breath and movement in our practice to gain ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

All levels welcome/modifications provided.

Please bring a mat and water if needed, as well as any props to use during practice.

Drop in or class passes available on this site.

Classes are offered at 10 am just in time for the village to open and explore the boutiques, local vendor market, farm animals or a delicious snack from the village square or Newly Renovated Pineridge Hollow restaurant! Make this an experience!

June-August summer classes will be held on the Pine Ridge Village yoga platform located 2 min along the trail behind the Market Square. Alternative indoor location will be announced if required due to inclement weather.

No Cancellactions/changes permitted within 48 hrs of the class booked. Please be at location 15 min prior to class.
